About the Role

Webster Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Credit Risk Reporting to join our team. As a key member of our Credit Risk group, you will be responsible for providing executive-level support and expertise in credit risk management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate and insightful credit risk reports for executive leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Research and analyze complex data sets to identify trends and anomalies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data quality and integrity.
  • Design and implement effective reporting tools and processes to drive business growth and decision-making.
  • Measure and monitor compliance with regulatory capital requirements and bank policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to provide key information and insights.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • 5+ years of experience in banking or credit risk environment.
  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, and functions.
  • Thorough knowledge of data architecture, report construction, and merging multiple data sets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Research, analytical, interpretation, and problem-solving skills.
What We Offer
