Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Automotive Sales Representative to join our team at Healdsburg Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their automotive needs, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received through various communication channels.
    • Engage with potential customers to understand their automotive needs and provide information on available vehicles and services.
  • Lead Management:
    • Manage and maintain customer databases and lead tracking systems.
    • Track and follow up on customer inquiries, ensuring timely responses and accurate record-keeping.
  • Appointment Scheduling:
    • Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership, test drive vehicles, or meet with sales representatives.
    • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer transitions.
  • Customer Education:
    • Provide information on dealership promotions, financing options, and special offers to customers.
    • Educate customers about the benefits of choosing Healdsburg Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for their automotive needs.
  • Sales Support:
    • Assist in the sales process by identifying and nurturing potential leads and forwarding them to sales representatives.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align customer outreach efforts.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
    • Generate reports on customer interactions and lead conversion rates.
    • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of BDC strategies and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a BDC or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer engagement tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A customer-focused attitude and a genuine desire to assist customers in their automotive journey.
