The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a Nurse Manager or Clinical Director.
  • Assess physical and behavioral health needs of clients and develop nursing care plans.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and educate clients on various health conditions.

Requirements:

  • A graduate from a state-approved LPN/LVN program with current licensure.
  • Experience in social services and/or treatment addiction medicine.
  • Valid state driver's license and advanced computer skills.
