We are looking for a prospective team member for the position of Client Relationship Executive to become part of our Pershing Wealth Solutions division. This role offers flexibility in work location.

In this position, you will have a significant impact through the following responsibilities:
  • Oversee mid-sized Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) and/or Independent Broker Dealer (IBD) client relationships, primarily in the Eastern U.S.
  • Ensure overall client satisfaction and success through comprehensive relationship management.
  • Collaborate with clients and lead the BNY Mellon team to co-develop and implement clients' strategic goals using data-driven insights.
  • Connect clients with our entire organization to inform and execute their strategies, maximizing the value derived from BNY Mellon.
  • Responsible for client retention, organic sales growth, adherence to RM standards, and management of pricing and contracts.
  • The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of clearing and custody products, services, technology, and client relations.
To excel in this role, we seek candidates with the following qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • 10-12 years of overall work experience is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in Financial Services, particularly with institutional clients or products (e.g., Hedge Funds, Pensions) is preferred, along with prior experience in Relationship Management, Client Services, or Account Management.
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 are required.

BNY Mellon evaluates market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $100,000 and $200,000 per year at the start of employment. However, the actual base salary will be determined on an individual basis, considering experience and market location, and is only one component of the total compensation package, which may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive programs, and company-sponsored benefits.
This position is at-will, and the Company reserves the right to adjust base salary (and any other discretionary payments or compensation) at any time, based on individual performance, changes in geographic location, company or departmental performance, and market factors.
