About the Role

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing placement, visitation, monitoring, service, and permanency planning
  • Facing-to-face in-home contact with foster caretakers to monitor home environments and offer supportive services as needed
  • Writing comprehensive Client Service Plans and presenting at Administrative Case Reviews
  • Attending all Court Hearings and reporting on case status and progress
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in the human services field, preferably in social work
  • Child Welfare Employee Licensure or willingness to obtain it within six months
  • A valid Illinois Driver's license and personal vehicle or access to a vehicle with insurance
  • No history of child abuse or neglect
