Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year. We are seeking a highly skilled social services professional to join our team as a Care Manager II - Russian Speaking. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of Holocaust Survivors by providing financial assistance, case management, and socialization opportunities.

Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular office-based, in-home, or remote assessments of survivors' physical, functional, emotional, financial, and environmental systems to determine eligibility for supportive services. You will also provide ongoing case management, resource linkage, and support services as needed.

You will be part of a dynamic team that strives to provide an affirming and supportive culture where everyone can grow and thrive. Our team receives group and individual supervision weekly to enhance skills and support professional growth and self-care.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
  • A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in gerontology, social services, psychology, or other related areas; graduate degree preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Russian with oral and written fluency in both languages.
  • A valid driver's license and car required for travel throughout the city and suburbs.
  • Minimum 2 years of social services experience.
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Office.
  • Strong organizational skills.

Job Requirements: The ideal candidate will have knowledge of human behavior and experience working with older adults. Knowledge of trauma and trauma-informed care is also preferred.
