Job Summary

As a Call Center Associate with Greenwood County Hospital Board, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to patients and their visitors. Your primary responsibility will be to consistently practice Food & Nutrition's standard of service, ensuring all work performed and product produced is safe, of high quality, consistent, neat, accurate, and timely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide courteous and efficient assistance to patients and their visitors at all times.
  • Answer incoming calls in a timely manner and uphold scripting to ensure appropriate care to patients.
  • Accept and complete assignments without complaint or follow chain of command to resolve any issues of concern.
  • Promote a culture of teamwork by treating all team members equally and with respect, setting up fellow team members for success, and upholding scripting to ensure appropriate care to patients.
  • Keep equipment and area in good repair by communicating to supervisor if anything needs a repair and comply with diet orders.

Greenwood County Hospital Board is committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment. As a Call Center Associate, you will be expected to practice safe food storage and handling, personal hygiene, PPE, uniform compliance, proper cleaning and sanitation of work area and equipment.
