- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to healthcare providers, including scheduling appointments, managing medical records, and handling correspondence.
- Clinical Support: Assist with clinical procedures, including taking vital signs, preparing patients for exams, and administering medications.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance initiatives to ensure that patient care meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Medical Assistant certification or registry required within 6 months of hire.
- Experience: Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred.
- Certifications: Current certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), or Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) required.
