  • Automate design specifications, drawings, and diagrams related to plans, field surveying, construction inspection, field data collection, and engineering computations.
  • Operate computer plotters and symbol sets in the drafting process.
  • Perform surveys for residential construction/mortgage, ALTA, as-built, boundary, bathymetric/hydrographic, construction, development, environmental, residential/commercial, and topographic surveys.
  • Apply knowledge of algebra, trigonometry, geometry, and computer software in performing basic engineering and survey computations.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and complete tasks.
  • Understand legal descriptions terminology.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of computerized design and drafting experience, or relevant education or training.
  • AutoCAD 3D experience preferred.
  • FEMA Elevation Certificate experience is a plus.
