Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in directing daily business operations, supervising staff, and ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cooperate with the General Manager to plan and implement business strategies and objectives
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service
  • Monitor and control merchandise, including inventory management and ordering
  • Address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure that company policies and procedures are followed at all times
  • Set a good example for staff and promote a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Provide a great service experience for our customers and ensure that they have a positive experience at our restaurants
Requirements
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and other stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Computer literate and basic math skills
