Overview

Imagine a work environment where you can bring your ideal job to life every day for guests of your centers. As an Assistant General Manager, you'll help create an exceptional experience for our guests while having a great time doing so.

This role is an active one where you'll be on your feet, coordinating multiple team members, and problem-solving in real-time. You'll provide stellar leadership to our staff and exceptional service to our guests, assuming responsibility and running the show in the General Manager's absence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and monitor center revenue by developing financial operational plans and budgets, and monitoring their performance to achieve your centers financial goals, including driving food & beverage sales.
  • Partner with the General Manager to review and control labor costs and other expenses.
  • Be an operational pro by managing the day-to-day operations of your center, scheduling, planning, organizing, and communicating effectively with your team.
  • Grow and guide your team by recruiting, training, and supporting center management and staff, fostering high morale and providing developmental coaching to grow Bowlero's future leadership team.
  • Review center performance by managing multiple departments efficiently and conducting regular meetings with your management team to review performance and offer direction.
  • Make guests a priority by achieving and maintaining overall guest service goals, ensuring that customer complaints are resolved appropriately and that our guests are completely satisfied.
  • Drive food & beverage sales by overseeing the management and expansion of your centers Food & Beverage program, partnering with the General Manager to ensure the highest quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction in our dining offerings.
Requirements
  • 3+ Years of Management Experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Basic business math, accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills
  • Strong Team Player
  • Exceptional People Developer
  • Customer Service Pro
  • Knowledge of POS register systems
  • Solid Communication Skills
Work Environment/Physical Demands

Typical entertainment center environment where you will walk, bend, and stand for periods of time, and may lift objects with some assistance.
