Position Summary:

The Integrations Support Specialist will be responsible for delivering technical assistance to global customers and partners of Meal Ticket, addressing integration-specific challenges that arise from various support channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the assigned product (MarketMan).
  • Assist the technical support team in resolving complex issues.
  • Take ownership of integration-related cases escalated from the support team, ensuring direct communication with customers.
  • Collaborate with third-party integrators to establish and sustain integrations.
  • Report technical bugs to product and development teams via Jira, providing updates to customers on resolutions.
  • Escalate support tickets to relevant departments as needed to resolve customer inquiries.
  • Keep customers informed about the progress of ongoing issues.
  • Stay updated on product developments to effectively support customers with new features.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a Technical Support role is essential.
  • Strong understanding of API functionality, design, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with web debugging tools (e.g., Postman, Fiddler, Wireshark) and basic protocols (FTP, sFTP, XML, JSON).
  • Experience managing SaaS software through administrative tools.
  • Knowledge of POS systems (e.g., Lightspeed, Square, Revel, Clover) and accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage).
  • Proficient in using Jira for communication between R&D and customer support teams, with an understanding of QA environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in Technical English, with strong interpersonal and customer service abilities (additional languages are a plus).
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong inclination towards technology and self-learning.
  • Resourceful, creative thinker, adaptable to new technologies and knowledge.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and delegating when necessary.
