Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant II to join our team at Providence Medical Foundation. As a Medical Assistant II, you will work under the delegation of a licensed practitioner to provide patient care and support services in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform clinical tasks and procedures as directed by licensed practitioners
  • Assist with patient care, including vital signs, injections, and other medical procedures
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain a safe and clean work environment
Requirements
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
  • 6 months of healthcare experience
  • 6 months of medical assistant experience
  • Preferred qualifications include graduation from an accredited medical assisting program or completion of medical training in the United States Armed Forces
