Job Title: Full Time RN Private Duty Home Care LEE

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Full Time RN Private Duty Home Care professional in LEE and COLLIER COUNTIES.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and coordination of staff to achieve optimal clinical, financial, and quality of life outcomes. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with people and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Health care management and coordination of staff to achieve optimal clinical, financial, and quality of life outcomes.
  • Creation and implementation of a collaborative plan of care with all staff.
  • Ongoing monitoring of the plan of care to evaluate effectiveness.
  • Adherence to nursing guidelines, clinical protocols, company policies and procedures, and all state and federal regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Licensed in the state of Florida as a Registered Nurse.
  • Experience in a home health agency.
  • Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid guidelines.
  • Knowledge of home health care techniques and required documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, problem solve, and work effectively with people.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Knowledge of applicable state and federal regulations.
