Private Duty Nurse LPN

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Private Duty Nurse LPN to provide high-quality care to our patients in their homes. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will work one-on-one with our patients, providing personalized care and support to help them achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and manage patient care plans in accordance with physician orders and company policies
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
- Document patient care and progress in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide education and training to patients and their families on health promotion and disease prevention
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless transitions of care
- Active, unencumbered LPN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- At least six months of prior hands-on nursing experience
- Reliable transportation
