We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team at Right at Home in New Jersey.
Responsibilities- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor vital signs and administer medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and assist with meal preparation.
- Document any changes in clients' condition and report to the supervisor.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong commitment to providing exceptional care to our clients.
