Job Summary

We seek a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Maplewood, NJ. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field, and hold current BCBA certification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors.
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment data, ensuring consistency across settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless behavior management strategies.
  • Provide training and support to staff and families on evidence-based behavior strategies and interventions.
  • Monitor and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Valid BCBA certification
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist
  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
Estimated Salary

$65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
