At Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center, we provide a comprehensive spectrum of Rehab Services and Clinical/Nursing Care to meet the specialized physical, clinical, and emotional needs of every individual.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in assembling and checking diet trays prior to distribution to ensure all residents receive the proper meals to meet dietary needs.
• Label and date food properly.
• Deliver food carts to designated areas and collect food trucks when meals are finished to return to the dish room.
• Prepare and deliver snacks to nursing units.
• Maintain a clean kitchen environment, sweeping and mopping floors as instructed.
• Collaborate with personnel, residents, family members, and visitors in a tactful and professional manner.

Additional Responsibilities:
• Prepare items for assembly line production.
• Work on an assembly line to prepare residents' meals.
• Perform additional kitchen tasks as needed.
