Key Responsibilities:
  • Document Management: Verify and process incoming and outgoing documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
  • Inventory Control: Conduct regular inventory checks and audits to maintain accurate records and prevent discrepancies.
  • Logistics Coordination: Organize and implement logistics processes, including transportation and warehouse management, to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
Requirements:
  • Education: Completion of a commercial apprenticeship, preferably in a logistics or transportation company.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Work Schedule: Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and a flexible attitude.
