Mental Health Associate Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Associate to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. As a key member of our direct care team, you will work with adults with severe and persistent mental illness, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
Responsibilities- Support the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions
- Perform housekeeping and prepare meals
- Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Participate in crisis de-escalation training and respond to facility requests for coverage
- Caregiving and/or mental health experience (personal or professional) is preferred
- A dedication to the well-being of each client and helping them meet their Activities of Daily Living (ADL)
- Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration
- A competitive hourly wage of $19.00 - $22.00, with an additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential
- A 5% language differential for bilingual or multilingual candidates
