The Clubs Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department at Dickies Arena. This includes managing staff, ensuring safety and sanitation, and providing exceptional customer service to guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise staff to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor and control inventory, supplies, and equipment
  • Collaborate with management to achieve business objectives and goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest complaints in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and Outlook)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25lbs
  • Flexible schedule to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Working Conditions:

The Clubs Food and Beverage Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating temperatures. The position requires standing and walking for long periods, with limited sitting. The ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds is required, with occasional assistance with heavier items.
