Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Pure Barre. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and service excellence for our luxury fitness brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead generation through grassroots marketing and networking
- Marketing and social media management
- Membership and retail sales
- Run monthly reports and schedule monthly goals
- Manage staff schedule and supervise Sales Representatives
- Collect outstanding dues and maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
- Enforce studio policies and procedures and provide exceptional customer service
- Become proficient in ClubReady software and troubleshoot client account inquiries
- Contact prospects and leads to schedule barre classes and enroll them in memberships
- Drive and retain retail and membership sales and ensure member retention
Requirements:
- 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience
- Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Representatives
- Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams
- Previous management or supervisory experience required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be solution-based and results-oriented, competitive spirit
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
- An affinity and passion for fitness
- Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat and organized
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general public
- Proficiency with computers and Studio software
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with nights and weekend availability
Compensation and Perks:
- Salary $37k plus commission and bonus
