We are seeking a skilled Van Driver to join our team at Purestar Group. As a Van Driver, you will be responsible for transporting soiled linen and delivering clean linen products to hotel customers while adhering to state and federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the truck
- Load clean linen into trucks and verify accuracy of load against delivery ticket
- Drive truck to specified customer locations and unload clean linen carts
- Communicate customer concerns or complaints to the Production or Logistics Manager
- Complete trip sheets to reflect all stops, number of carts delivered, and number of carts retrieved
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience driving a commercial truck
The working environment is typical of an industrial facility, including noise and vibration. Personal protective equipment will be required for certain tasks.
BenefitsWe offer a competitive wage of no less than $16.00 per hour, with overtime pay starting at $24.00 per hour. We also offer a range of benefits, including medical, drug, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan with company match.
