Requirements:
- RN license issued by the State of California Board of Registered Nursing.
- Minimum two years of recent experience in ambulatory care.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
Estimated Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
