Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Health Center Manager to set productivity goals, track performance metrics, and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
  • RN license issued by the State of California Board of Registered Nursing.
  • Minimum two years of recent experience in ambulatory care.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.

Estimated Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
