Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, starting at 4:00 PM or Monday through Thursday (4 days/10 hours).

Position Summary:

This role is responsible for diagnosing and delivering immediate preventative and corrective maintenance support to production lines while facilitating changeovers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot machinery issues and execute immediate repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment.
  • Overhaul and install new machinery.
  • Rebuild and fabricate components as necessary.
  • Conduct facility maintenance and uphold a clean and safe working environment.
  • Generate parts requests to maintain sufficient inventory levels.
  • Create and complete work orders as assigned.
  • Perform equipment changeovers and set up production lines.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance required.
  • 1+ years of mechanical/electrical experience preferred.
  • Prior experience in diagnostics/troubleshooting and preventative maintenance preferred.
  • Experience in a high-speed industrial setting is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated mechanical and technical skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Ability to adhere to manufacturers' specifications and schematics.
  • Knowledge of Programmable Logic Control (PLC) is preferred.
