Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, starting at 4:00 PM or Monday through Thursday (4 days/10 hours).
Position Summary:
The role involves diagnosing and delivering immediate preventative and corrective maintenance support to production lines, as well as managing changeovers effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose equipment issues and execute immediate repairs along with preventative maintenance.
- Overhaul and install new machinery.
- Rebuild and fabricate components as necessary.
- Conduct facility maintenance while ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
- Generate parts requests to maintain sufficient inventory levels.
- Complete and manage work orders as assigned.
- Facilitate equipment changeovers and set up production lines.
Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance is required.
1+ years of mechanical/electrical experience is preferred.
Prior experience in diagnostics, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance is preferred.
Experience in a high-speed industrial setting is advantageous.
Demonstrated mechanical and technical skills are essential.
Basic computer proficiency is required.
Ability to adhere to manufacturers' specifications and schematics is necessary.
Knowledge of Programmable Logic Control (PLC) systems is preferred.
