Position Summary

The Quality Assurance Technician will conduct both qualitative and quantitative assessments of beverages, syrups, and raw materials throughout the entire production cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate syrup beverage and/or water characteristics.
  • Inspect container rinsers, air blowers, filters, and coders to ensure optimal functioning.
  • Perform package quality inspections and quality audits, isolating products that do not meet established standards.
  • Receive and assess CO2 and all raw materials prior to the production process.
  • Uphold the highest possible housekeeping standards to avert microbial contamination.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in physical science and/or experience in the food industry preferred.
  • 1-3 years of general work experience required.
  • Prior experience in food production operations preferred.
  • Experience in a high-speed industrial environment preferred.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret MSDS, operate manufacturing equipment, and possess knowledge of industrial technology is advantageous.
