Your Contributions Will Include:
  • Facilitating student learning through engaging workshops, personalized remediation sessions, group tutorials, and individualized meetings to enhance academic performance.
  • Integrating ATI tools and resources into all student interactions to bolster understanding and remediation efforts.
  • Developing strategies to improve test-taking, study, and note-taking skills to support academic success.
  • Collaborating with faculty to pinpoint course deficiencies and create innovative solutions to address them.
  • Working alongside faculty to identify students facing challenges and devising action plans to support their academic journey.
  • Utilizing data tracking systems to identify at-risk students and implementing interventions to enhance their success in core courses.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of persistence strategies and tracking progress towards established goals with students.
  • Engaging in professional development opportunities to stay informed about current research and best practices in student learning and persistence.
  • Analyzing data from assessments and tutorial participation to provide insights to the Manager of Persistence and Outcomes in Nursing.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with online learning management systems to enhance student engagement.
  • Familiarity with technological support in program delivery and services.
  • Adherence to state, federal, and local regulations regarding educational programs and compliance standards.
Educational Requirements:
  • A Master's degree in nursing, education, or administration is mandatory.
  • Professional nursing licensure is required.
  • A minimum of two years of experience as a Registered Nurse providing direct patient care or equivalent educational experience.
