Job Summary
This role oversees the daily functions of store team members in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager during designated shifts. The Night Manager is accountable for store operations, including securing the store at closing, safeguarding store assets, and assessing employee performance during assigned shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the store is closed following established protocols.
  • Supervise and guide the daily activities of both full-time and part-time store team members.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and respectful manner.
  • Address customer concerns, including processing exchanges and refunds.
  • Perform front-end administrative tasks, such as cash counting, till preparation, cash drops, cash pickups, and cash till verification.
  • May assist in the interviewing and disciplinary processes, but does not have the authority to make final employment decisions.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Extensive product knowledge and the ability to train other team members.
  • Prior training or supervisory experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
