At Kavala Collective, we are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve overall business objectives and goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing budgets across all marketing activities to hit KPIs
  • Developing marketing strategies for Australia, the USA, and international markets
  • Planning, managing, and executing all end-to-end marketing activities in line with budgets, schedules, and sales volumes
  • Developing and managing our marketing calendar with launches, events, promotions, etc. to hit targets and grow sales growth
  • Developing 360 launch campaigns and managing from start to finish
  • Developing and creating innovative online offerings, delivery of content methods & testing to drive online sales and enhance profitability
  • Managing and executing our content creation program to ensure industry-leading, on-trend, and effective digital content for usability across all of our online channels
  • Developing and executing strong social media, EDM, and SEO optimization strategies
  • Creating and executing compelling marketing tactics to continuously grow our customer database
  • Continuously performing market research to analyze customer behaviors, industry trends, and competitors to stay relevant in our market
  • Working hand in hand with our in-house digital marketing team and content team to ensure we are hitting KPIs and optimizing sales through digital platforms
  • Collaborating within the broader team to ensure synergies across the business
  • Effectively building, managing, and inspiring a high-performing, optimized marketing team

Requirements:

  • BSc or MSc in Marketing or relevant field
  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience in a similar role ideally for a fashion brand
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels such as Meta ads, Google Ads, Social Media, EDM marketing, and SEO
  • Demonstrated experience in leading high-performing teams
  • Strategic mindset to competitively position the brand within the market
  • Deep comprehension of customer behaviors and preferences
  • Capability to develop and execute customer-centric marketing strategies comprehensively
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviors
  • Effective project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns and projects
  • Proficient in utilizing marketing automation tools and analytics platforms
  • Capacity to establish clear expectations, provide constructive feedback, and resolve issues promptly
