Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team in Spartanburg, South Carolina. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients.

As a Field Service Specialist, you will travel to client sites to perform routine maintenance, diagnose and repair office equipment issues, and ensure seamless operation of our customers' printing and imaging systems.

This role requires a strong background in electronics, mechanical aptitude, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our dispatchers, service managers, and customer service staff to provide top-notch service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on office equipment
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years hands-on experience servicing copiers
  • Experience working on Canon, Konica Minolta, HP, and/or Xerox office products
  • CompTIA A+ or Network + certifications a plus but not required
  • A valid driver's license
