**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced medical writer to join our team as an Associate Director, Medical Writing. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in medical writing, with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in an industry setting.

This role will require strong leadership and communication skills, as well as expertise in medical writing and document management. The Associate Director, Medical Writing will be responsible for leading the preparation of clinical documentation for multiple programs.

Key Requirements
  • Minimum of 8-10 years medical writing experience in an industry setting, with specific experience with therapeutic area
  • Must have participated in or lead a major marketing application submission
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

**Compensation and Benefits**

The base salary range for this position is $149,200-$195,800. We offer a competitive benefits package, including eligibility to participate in Eisai Inc. Annual Incentive Plan & Eisai Inc. Long Term Incentive Plan. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors including but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, and skills.
