- Evaluate patient conditions and develop treatment goals, plans, and interventions in collaboration with physicians and patients/families.
- Ensure interdisciplinary treatment is delivered effectively, consulting with physicians regarding the influence of physical therapy on patient health.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatments, and patient information in medical records.
- Provide education to patients and families regarding appropriate care and the use of various therapies and exercises.
- Act as a resource for information and education for patients, families, and staff.
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Aides.
- Serve as a resource for the Physical Therapy team.
- Deliver ongoing education to Physical Therapy staff.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy with current certification.
- Experience in an outpatient orthopaedic physical therapy setting is preferred.
- Current Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
