Job Title: Home Health Physical Therapist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Home Health Physical Therapist to join our team in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating clients with a variety of physical and cognitive impairments, with the goal of helping them achieve maximum independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical and cognitive abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet clients' unique needs
  • Provide skilled physical therapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise, and education
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document client progress and communicate with families and caregivers

Requirements:

  • Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license
  • Minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
