Job Title: Physical Therapist

At Erickson Senior Living, we are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Maris Grove, a beautiful 87-acre continuing care retirement community in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania.

About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist to provide person-centered care to our residents, focusing on their physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs. As a member of our interdisciplinary clinical team, you will work closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities
  • Implement residents' personal care plans, focusing on their strengths, preferences, and preferred routines.
  • Provide a holistic approach to care, supporting residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
  • Work with the interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed throughout their care.
  • Document resident care and progress accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Valid and current state Physical Therapy license.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in working with the older adult population related to the therapies.
  • Experience and ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
