Position Summary
The Logistics Coordinator plays a vital role in orchestrating the activities and schedules of the driving team to maximize operational efficiency. This position is tasked with overseeing the dispatch of freight pick-up and delivery in compliance with relevant regulations, while also scheduling and dispatching personnel, equipment, and service vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Logistics Manager to monitor drivers and equipment for optimal performance.
- Develop and confirm weekly driver schedules, while analyzing data to enhance labor activities and equipment usage.
- Ensure the efficient dispatch of freight pick-up and delivery, adhering to Federal Motor Carrier Safety Association (FMCSA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
- Schedule and dispatch staff and equipment to designated locations based on customer requests.
- Engage with customers and managers to resolve inquiries and service requests.
- Coordinate deliveries with drivers and external partners to guarantee timely material delivery.
