(336001A) Medical Services of America Home Health - Coastal is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our team in Charleston, Berkeley and Dorchester Counties, SC.

About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional looking to make a meaningful impact in the home health industry. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with our clinical team to drive census growth.
- Develop and execute business development plans to meet quarterly/annually set targets.
- Maintain current relationships with referral sources through regular communication and meetings.
- Identify and implement market strategies with sales and clinical teams to drive census growth.
- Stay up-to-date on Medicare and state-specific home health care regulations.
- Promote MSA's entire umbrella of services across the home health continuum.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Three to five years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Outstanding communication skills accompanied by excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- A general knowledge base of physician, hospital, skilled nursing, assisted living, and discharge planning needs.
- The ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and consistently meet established quotas.
- A valid Driver's License with a good driving record and company required auto liability insurance.
The estimated salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
