Sales Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales. You will work closely with customers to satisfy their needs and requests, respond to their queries on time, and deliver a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
  • Gain new customers, improve customer retention, product mix, and volume, and maintain profitable sales margin.
  • Suggest applicable and relevant upsells to help customers with everything they need.
  • Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them.
  • Ensure that the Corporate Mission and Values are followed at all times.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of sales experience.
  • Food Industry, Hospitality, or Customer Service background required.
  • Bilingual (preferred).
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
