Axiologic Solutions LLC is seeking a highly skilled Staff Officer/Knowledge Manager to support our growing team in Northern Virginia. This role will provide primary day-to-day support to the IT Operations Center (ITOC) Watch Officers, maintain knowledge bases, and liaison with internal and external staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide consistent communications with the Branch Chief, Deputy Branch Chief, and section leaders.
  • Administer SharePoint sites and maintain knowledge bases within Service Central.
  • Liaise with internal and external staff at all levels and Intelligence Community partners.
  • Organize IT operation center site visits and coordinate logistics.
  • Maintain knowledge of branch counterparts within the Intelligence Community.
  • Assist in cataloging, filing, and maintaining correspondences and documentation.
  • Generate and coordinate internal and external actions, decisions, policies, tasks, and briefings.
Requirements
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and/or experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office software applications, including SharePoint development.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in senior-level office environments.
  • Proven experience supporting senior leadership personnel.
  • Strong working knowledge of office IT equipment.
  • Ability to work comfortably with mid- and senior-level personnel.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Detail-oriented, strong analysis and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
