The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of our nightly rental houses and condos in the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including hauling trash, servicing hot tubs, and fixing minor repairs.
  • Conduct lawn care and landscaping tasks, such as mowing lawns and washing windows.
  • Ensure all properties are well-maintained and meet our high standards.
  • Work closely with our team to identify and address any maintenance issues.

Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Ability to pass a drug test for illegal substances.
  • Willingness to train and learn new skills.
