The Role
The District Management Professional will be responsible for managing all aspects of district operations, including sales and marketing efforts, project management, and personnel management. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to make decisions and follow through on commitments. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze and organize complex information.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of district operations, ensuring they are consistent with company policies and procedures.
* Oversee sales and marketing efforts, including building strategic alliances with clients and other key participants in the industry.
* Ensure the protection of the interests of the Company and the safety and security of all employees by enforcing policies established by the Company, as well as all applicable governmental laws and regulations.
* Maximize profitability while maintaining quality and safety standards.
* Develop and maintain customer relationships to enhance company's ability to procure future projects.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in a senior leadership role.
* Advanced knowledge of all phases of concrete construction, including installation of rebar and post tension systems, concrete placement, formwork systems, and layout.
* Proven ability to successfully analyze, price, sell, and manage multiple projects consistent with Company policies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, as well as customers and subcontractors.
* Detail-oriented, with the ability to efficiently analyze and organize significant amounts of information regarding jobsite productivities, quality procedures, and safety initiatives.
