Sales Professional

We are seeking a motivated Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will provide exceptional customer service and support in a fast-paced retail environment.
About the Role:
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences through warm greetings, efficient transactions, and gratitude for patronage.
- Maintain cash handling expertise by accurately processing sales and managing refunds and exchanges.
- Contribute to shift change dynamics by expertly counting money at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Demonstrate specialty product wizardry by utilizing special equipment to process various products, including money orders, credit card purchases, checks, and lottery sales and redemptions.
- Enforce age restrictions responsibly by checking identifications for restricted sales.
- Promote nighttime stock mastery by maintaining shelves stocked and ready for nocturnal customers.
- Ensure sanitization standards are met by employing the three-sink method and following proper cleaning procedures.
- Contribute to trash management by regularly cleaning and emptying trash containers.
- Support vendor deliveries and stock management according to company guidelines.
- Address bad merchandise by completing forms and contributing to operational excellence.
- Embody adaptability and assume additional duties as assigned to accommodate store operational needs.
Requirements:
- Age: Must be 18 years old or older in certain states (AR, CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, CO) and 21 years old or older in all other states.
- Availability: Ability to work weekends and holidays, embracing the full rhythm of retail.
- Communication Skills: Effective reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
