Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Manage Route Logistics Team Members: Provide first-line supervision to a team of Route Logistics employees, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties effectively.
- Ensure Route Logistics Efficiency: Analyze and optimize route logistics to minimize costs, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a Safe and Secure Environment: Ensure the safety and security of all Route Logistics employees, as well as the security of our customers' assets.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to drive cost savings, quality enhancements, and efficiency gains.
- Provide Quality Customer Service: Maintain and provide high-quality customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Secure Inventories and Assets: Implement and maintain strict controls to ensure the security of our inventories and assets, reducing risk exposure and minimizing losses.
- Establish and Maintain Accountability: Establish and maintain a culture of accountability among team members, ensuring they are held responsible for their actions and performance.
- Maintain High Integrity and Standards: Maintain the highest level of integrity, dignity, and standards, both internally and externally, to protect the Brink's reputation and deliver high-quality services to our customers.
- Minimum of 3 Years Operations Experience: Proven experience in transportation and logistics operations, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Minimum of 1 Year Supervisory Experience: A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience, with a proven track record of leading teams and achieving results.
- Class B with Air Brakes Driver's License: A valid Class B driver's license with air brakes endorsement, as well as a satisfactory Department of Transportation (DOT) record.
- Valid Firearms Permit or Ability to Obtain: A valid firearms permit or the ability to obtain one, as well as a valid guard card or ability to obtain one.
- Able to Lift at Least 50 Pounds: The ability to lift at least 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- 5+ Years ATM Operations and Claims Experience: Proven experience in ATM operations and claims, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Previous Experience as an Armored Car Driver: Previous experience as an armored car driver, with a proven track record of safe and secure operations.
- Knowledge of Route Analysis and Logistics: Strong knowledge of route analysis and logistics, with the ability to optimize routes and improve efficiency.
- Knowledge of Lean/Process Improvement Methodologies: Knowledge of lean and process improvement methodologies, with the ability to identify and implement changes to drive cost savings and quality enhancements.
- Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, logistics, or transportation management.
