Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Provider to join our team at Allina Health. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Comprehensive Evaluations
  • Collaborate with Patients and Providers
    • Develop and Implement Treatment Plans
  • Deliver Outpatient Psychotherapy Services
  • Monitor Patient Functioning and Inform Treatment Planning
  • Coordinate Treatment with Other Providers and Community Agencies

Requirements

  • Doctoral/Ph.D. Level Advanced Degree in Psychology or Counseling
  • Master's Degree in Social Work
  • Licensure as a Psychologist or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Minnesota
  • Minimum of 2 Years' Experience in Patient Treatment
  • Basic Life Support Certification
  • Formal Training/Certification in a Suicide Prevention Modality within 90 Days
