About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Licensed Psychologist to join our team at Life Changes Group. As a Licensed Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychotherapy services to clients, including children, adults, and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in clinical consultations and case conferences
  • Develop and maintain a caseload of clients

Requirements:

  • Clear and active Ph.D. or Psy.D. license in Massachusetts
  • Experience working with a wide range of clinical presentations
  • Experience working with children or adolescents
  • Experience with couples or family counseling
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to quickly build rapport with clients
