- Have licensure as a Psychologist or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Minnesota.
- Bring a minimum of 2 years of experience in patient treatment.
- Maintain Basic Life Support certification.
- Complete formal training/certification in a suicide prevention modality within 90 days of employment.
