Job Title: Hotel Front Desk Agent

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Registration: Register new guests, process departures, and manage room assignments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Front Office Operations: Handle cash transactions, process credit card payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
