About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Scientific Research Manager to join our team at KCAS Bio. As a Principal Scientist, you will be responsible for leading bioanalytical validations and biostudies. Your expertise in method development, validation, and troubleshooting will drive the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently design, plan, and execute bioanalytical assays (ADA, PK, Biomarker, and Nab)
  • Provide scientific expertise in study design, conduct, and interpretation
  • Supervise research and scientific staff within the function
  • Implement techniques to improve productivity and increase efficiencies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or higher
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in contract research, academic, or pharmaceutical industry
  • Expertise in core competencies of validation and bioanalysis of study samples
