About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our team at DaVita. As a PCT, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to individuals with end-stage renal disease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
  • Measure and record vital signs, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup
  • Build long-term relationships with patients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and leadership to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Desire to enter the healthcare field and care for others
  • Comfortable working around blood and needles
  • Physical and mental ability to work long hours on your feet
