Job Title: Middleware Architect

Infosys is seeking a highly skilled Middleware Architect to join our team. As a Middleware Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing the architecture and high-level design artifacts for our clients.

You will work closely with our offshore team and guide them technically, ensuring seamless communication between the client and offshore teams. Your expertise in Middleware technologies, particularly WebSphere Application Server, Apache Tomcat, and JBoss, will be invaluable in this role.

We are looking for a candidate with at least 11 years of Information Technology experience and 10 years of experience in Middleware technologies. Your in-depth knowledge of key Middleware services, including WebSphere Application Server, Apache Tomcat, and JBoss, is essential for this position.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will need to possess excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to effectively communicate with our clients and stakeholders. Your ability to quickly establish credibility and trustworthiness within key stakeholders will be critical in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Middleware architecture and high-level design artifacts
  • Guide the team technically and ensure seamless communication between client and offshore teams
  • Develop recommendations for operating model development to implement transformation initiatives
  • Manage delivery in Global Delivery Model with onsite/offshore resources

  • Strong facilitation skills and ability to build strong relationships with business partners at all levels
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Results-driven and able to collaborate with management and colleagues to share responsibilities for achieving an end-to-end solution for customers
